Virginia F. Babinchak

Virginia F. Babinchak, 71, of Weirton, died Tuesday, November 18, 2003 at her home. She was born June 17, 1932 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Harry and Irene Plant Foley. Virginia was preceded in death by two brothers, Tom and Lamone Foley.
Virginia was a former waitress and bartender at the Weirton Knights of Columbus, the Ft. Steuben Hotel and Federal Terrace in Steubenville.
She is survived by her husband Andrew Babinchak whom she married February 27, 1962; daughter Michele “Mitch” Kopa and her husband Mike of Weirton; brothers John Foley of Steubenville, OH, Clifford Foley of Wintersville, OH, James Foley of Mingo Junction, OH and Robert Foley of Weirton; sisters Ann Baricska of Steubenville, OH, Hazel Bonafede of Mingo Junction, OH and Betty Peters of Delray Beach, FL; 5 grandchildren, Keith, Ron, Heather, Kayla and Skyler.
Friends will be received Friday from 10:00AM until the scheduled 11:00AM Memorial Service at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton.

Dear Mr. Babinchak and family: I was deeply saddened to see that Virginia had passed away. I am still on family leave from the hospital, but want you to know that I will miss seeing the two of you every Wednesday.
