I’m not happy with the way my family was treated by this particular funeral home. My mother passed away last month, long store short she wanted to be cremated and we honored that. The funeral home spoke with our insurance company and verified the life insurance. Everything was on track … Two weeks later my father starts getting phone calls from them asking for money. It is normal for a funeral home to wait 30 plus days to receive payment, hence the reason they call and verify everything. My family had suffered a huge loss, there was no compassion what so ever. It was all about the money.. If you don’t have compassion for a person or family that just lost a loved one maybe you shouldn’t go into such a field. I’m very disappointed with the way my father was treated while just losing his wife. Maybe not everyone there is unprofessional but the lady my father delt with was..
