Mark A. Zilich, CCO
Mark has been a life long resident of Weirton. He graduated from Weir High School in 1980. He is married to the former Tammie Zerkle. Through the years Tammie and Mark have enjoyed caring for their pet collies Sampson, Heidi and Milo.
One of Marks greatest joys in life is helping others, he is always first to volunteer to lend a hand.
In his free time, you can find Mark riding on two wheels whether it be riding mountain bikes in the woods, bicylces on the street or riding his motorcycle. He also enjoys deer hunting with his brothers, fly fishing with his good friend Gene or barbecuing with family and friends. We are very fortunate to have Mark care for our facilities.
In February of 2022, after the successful completion of the National Funeral Directors Association's cremation certification program and certification examination Mark became a Certified Crematory Operator.
We have nothing but praise for all the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home employees. At the time of such sorrow in the loss of our Son Benton our family was treated with gentle care and kindness. The quality of care for our son and respect given to him was such a comfort. Thank You From The Manypenny’s.
