Ann Katherine Doboski

Ann Katherine Doboski, 79, of Weirton, died Wednesday, May 7, 2003 at the Weirton Medical Center. She was born May 28, 1923 in Nurnberg, Germany, a daughter of the late Johann and Catherina (Martold) Salomon.
Ann was a substitute teacher for the Hancock County School System. She was Lutheran by faith.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Doboski, whom she married January 17, 1948; one son, Paul J. Doboski; one daughter, Margaret Potocnik and her husband John, all of Weirton; one brother, Gunther Salomon and two sisters, Lotte Herger and Crystal Seibolt, all of Nurnberg, Germany; three grandchildren, John J. Potocnik of Imperial, PA, Paul A. Potocnik and his wife Elizabeth of Weirton, and Heidi M. Potocnik of Weirton; and one great granddaughter, Haylie Potocnik.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 PM Friday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday with Rev. Nathan T. Gragg presiding.
Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton.

Maggie, I’m so sorry to see that your Mom passed away. I know how hard it is to lose a parent, I lost my Dad on New Years eve. There are alot of issues to work out, but it does get better. They say things happen for a reason. God Bless you and your family at this time. Pam (5imc)
