I have many wonderful memories of your mother, grandmother, and aunt. She was a lovely, and sweet lady. God Bless your whole family.
Dear members of Anna’s family: I have such dear and wonderful memories of your mother from my days at St. Paul’s. So often I have thought of her when I think of my Weirton days. She was a good person and God blessed her with a long life so that her goodness could be shared with others. I am grateful that I was one who was touched by her goodness. Please know of my deepest and heartfelt sympathy and prayerful support as you grieve your loss. Sincerely, Stan Tuchalski
I was sad to hear of Anna’s passing. She had such a beautiful smile and a very deep love for Jesus. God bless her always. Love, Ruth Gianni
Aunt Anna, I remember like it was just yesterday all the wonderful times swinging on your porch with my cousins while you, Mom and Joann made pierogies and gwumpkies in the kitchen. (The best in Weirton) Aunt Anna, we love and miss you. Chris, Donna, Kylie and Colton
Condolences to the remaining Gulick Family. I will always remember Mrs. Gulick from St. Pauls she was always wonderful to me.
JOAN AND FAMILY YOU HAVE OUR SINCERE,HEARTFELT AND DEEPEST SYMPATHY. WE WERE THINKING OF YOU TODAY. YES, I CAN REMEMBER YOUR MOM’S CABBAGE ROLLS AS WE WERE TALKING TO YOU YESTERDAY. YOU MOM WAS A BEAUTIFUL PERSON. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. ALWAYS TAKE CARE. LOVE YA, JIM AND GOLDIE
Joann & John – Whenever I think of Easter I think of coconut lambs (one for each family), blessed hard boiled eggs, pizelles(?), city chicken and cherry squares. Your Mom in the kitchen, trying to cook and talk at the same time, while Grandma, Mom, Aunt Bernice, Aunt Helen and Olga talked about each of us kids as we ran through the house. Whenever I think of Aunt Anna I think of food, (great food), and family togetherness. Those are the best memories. Love to you both – Patricia
Joann, John and family, As I look at all the comments from others one theme really hits me – family. How blessed are we to have people like Aunt Anna that taught us the importance of family and getting together. Yes, it may have been her cooking that played a factor, but it was her love that was the real driver – and she put that love into everything, especially her cooking. When I first got the news, my first thought was – what a great family reunion there must have been in heaven. Let’s honor those like Aunt Anna and keep God and family as our priorities. God bless and keep you. BTW – kielbasa – she made the best I have ever had!!
