  7. Dear Jackson Family- I am so sorry to hear of Ann’s passing. My favorite memory is the trip she chaperoned to Chicago (my 1st) while I was volunteering at the B&G club. Anne promised us (three 16 year olds) we could each do one thing we wanted. Did we see The Bean? no. Jazz? no. Katie wanted to go to Nike Town, Sara wanted to shop and I wanted to get my hair cut. Anne made so many calls trying to find one I could afford! God bless this kind woman who giggled with us when crazy cab drivers ranted, who empathized with our adolescent troubles, and who gently provided us with important perspective. I can still hear Anne’s laugh and words of wisdom and will never forget how wonderful her hugs were. She made me feel like I could take chances and succeed. I’m so grateful to have known her. With deepest sympathy, Rita DeCaria

  8. Mrs. Jackson-Gillison, My heart felt condolenses in the loss of your sister. I will lift you and your family up to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ during the coming days. Ted Daniels (Hall of Famer-ABSSA)
