Anne Burskey

Anne Burskey, 85, of Weirton, passed away Monday, October 22, 2018 in Mary Ann Manor, Follansbee, WV.
Anne was born December 23, 1932 in Weirton, a daughter of the late Charles and Stella Szymanek Zias. She was also preceded in death by her husband Louis Burskey and brother-in-law Wayne Van Dine.
For over 32 years, Anne worked in the Tin Mill for Weirton Steel Corp and was an active and devoted member of Sacred Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church in Weirton.
She is survived by her brother Charles Zias and sister Rose Marie Van Dine both of Weirton; her nieces and nephews.
Rev. Fr. Anthony G. Thurston officiated a Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church on Friday October 26, 2018. Interment followed in New Cumberland Cemetery.

Something that has always given me comfort is a scripture at Revelation 21:4, it says, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.
