Born October 13, 1955, in Youngstown, OH, he was a son of the late John E. and Marjorie (Mackey) Best
Barry was retired as a carpenter.
He is survived by his daughter Amanda Renee Best and brother John (Joyce) Best, both of Weirton.
Per the family's wishes, there will be no visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
