Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Mr. Bloomer, Jimmy, Matt, Alisa, and families, please accept my family’s heartfelt condolences and prayers for your loss. Not only did Mrs. Bloomer teach Sunday School classes to me, but we sang together in choir, she was welcoming to me when I came to some of the monthly Women’s meetings and always had a wonderful warm hug and hello for me whenever I would run into her inside a store when I still was shopping… She was a fine Lady with a beautiful heart and I will miss her dearly. With love and strength from my entire family ~ The Bell and Hoover Family ~ Wayne, Holly, Thomas, Austin, and Christopher

  3. I was so sorry to hear of Mrs Bloomer’s passing. Alisa Jimmy, Matthew and families, you are in my thoughts and prayers. We had such a wonderful neighborhood to grow up in, and I have such fond memories of your Mom and Dad. It’s not the same without Tony and Mary and Jim and Carol! Love to you all!

  4. So sorry about your mom, she was a beautiful lady and always had a beautiful smile. God Bless Shelley Sadler Greenlief

  5. I met your mother just once, but my husband, Bob, and I used to work with your father in the Purchasing Department of Weirton Steel back in the 1970’s and 1980’s. When I read of Carol’s passing, I was immediately reminded of her Banana Cake recipe. One day in the early 1970’s Jim brought in cupcakes she had made for the office. They were so delicious! I asked Jim if he could get me her recipe, and Carol was kind enough to give it to me. I have used her recipe since then, and still use it to this day. In fact, her recipe card is still out on my kitchen counter from a couple of weeks ago when I last made it. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Sincerely, Bob and Vi Hutton

  6. Matt, I m sorry to hear about your mother. My thoughts are with you. I was just thinking about you and JT and all the times we had. I can remember your mom when we played backyard football. It’s been along time since I’ve seen you and wanted to offer my condolences to you and your family. Eric DiBacco

  7. Alisa, Jimmy & Matthew,
Our deepest sympathy is with all of you. Your mother was a fantastic person and was blessed to be so talented. Many wonderful memories will always be cherished from the time spent at church functions, recipes we shared, and at our monthly Becky’s meetings. The memories began many years ago growing up at Trinity when your mother, my mother (Ida) and your grandmother would work together in the kitchen during church functions and seeing all of you grow up in the church. May God’s love and your cherished memories of your mother bring you comfort and Peace as you go through this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
