Charles J. "Chuck" Angelo, 90, of Weirton passed away December 28, 2008. He was born on July 15, 1918, in Greensburg, PA, a son of the late Dominic and Rose Tozzi Angelucci. He was also preceded in death by his step mother Conchetta Angelucci; his brothers, Phillip (Katz) Angelo, and Joseph (Pepper) DiPrinzio. Chuck retired as a pipe fitter foreman in the Steelworks department for Weirton Steel with 38 years of service. He served his country in the United States Army during World War II He was a member of Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus 3734 and the Knights of Columbus Fourth Degree Assembly, VFW 2716; American Legion Post 10, and the Weirton Steel 25 Year Club. Chuck is survived by his wife, Julia Fornari Angelo; his sons, Tom and Lulu Angelo, and Jerry and Mary Kay Angelo all of Weirton; his two brothers, George (Jesse) Angelo of Weirton and Nick Angelo of Burgettstown, PA; his sister, Mary Skater of Steubenville, OH; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Kevin, Stacey, Charles and Christina Angelo; his two step grandchildren, Megan Eafrati and Shannon Rickards; his step great grandsons, Mario Eafrati, Jackson and Cooper Rickards; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be Celebrated 10 AM Wednesday at the Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church, Weirton. Interment will follow at Saint Paul Cemetery with military services conducted by the American Legion and the Weirton Honor Guard. Memorial contributions may be made to the Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church Christmas Lights 140 Walnut Street Weirton, WV 26062
