Charles Julian
April 27, 1928 ~ July 6, 2008
Charles Julian, 80, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2008 in the Trinity Medical Center West. Born April 27, 1928 in Wheeling, WV, he was the son of the late Anthony and Mary Julian. Charles was also preceded in death by his brothers German, Joseph, John, Clarence and Frank Julian and sisters Margaret Julian, Betty Faulk and Anna Isaacs.
With 34 years of service, Charles retired from Weirton Steel where he worked in the Blast Furnace Department as a stove tender. He was Pentecostal by faith and a member of the WSX 25-Year Club.
Mr. Julian is survived by his wife Dorothy Barnhart Julian of Steubenville; sons Mark Julian of Mingo Junction, OH and Rick Julian of Steubenville; grandchildren Michael, Brandon, Alisha and Rikkie Julian; great-grandchild Micah Julian and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Wednesday, July 9, 2008 from 12 noon until the 2PM funeral services at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Pastor Curtis Moser will officiate. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
