Erminia M. Perhacs

Erminia M. Perhacs 75 of Weirton, died Friday December 6, 2002 at her residence. She was born January 26, 1927 in Slickville, Pa., the daughter of the late Emidio and Mary Filesi Celani. Her first husband Paul J. Chek, a brother Silvio Celani also preceded her. She retired from the Signode Corp. where she worked for 15 years as a data operator. She was a member of the North Side Church of God in Weirton. Erminia is survived by her husband Geza (Yabo) Perhacs of Weriton, sons Paul Chek and his wife Laura of Hopkinton, Mass, David Chek and his wife Kathy of Mahwah, NJ, Michael Chek and his wife Cheryl of Weirton, WV, Richard Chek and his wife Joan of Denver Colorado and Daniel Chek and his wife Lori of Apex, NC, one step-daughter Darlene Perhacs Derosky and her husband Mike of Toronto, OH and nine grandchildren. She has one sister Lucy LaFrance of Weirton. Visitation will be Monday December 9, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St., Weirton, where services will be held Tuesday 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Services will be conducted by Pastor Curt Moser. Interment will follow at Paris Cemetery, Paris Pa.
