  4. The Lord called one of his most beloved angels home today. I can say that I knew and loved the most caring, thoughtful, generous, unselfish, giving, man on this earth. It was my pleasure to have known you, you helped everyone, and put everyone else’s needs in front of your own, you never liked to receive a gift because you liked being the giver. You will never be replaced. When I was at a low moment you came and got me and made me get up and move on, and I will never forget that. When you were sick you never stopped worrying about others. You always made my bday special , and you never forgot my s/f van iced coffee every morning. I’m heartbroken that I’ll never see again but I’m at peace because I know you were ready to go home and I know your already in heaven. When it’s my time I hope you’ll be at the gates waiting for me. Rest in peace my dear, dear friend. You were truly an angel that walked among us.

  27. Mr. DeCaria’s Family,

My deepest condolences to all of you on the loss of your beloved Frank. He was my teacher at Morse Elementary School in Pittsburgh, PA in the early 70’s. He was a great teacher but a better man and taught us more than the 3 R’s. He would take us places (like the park or bowling) and would stay after school to play basketball or wiffle ball in the school yard. He was like a big brother to many, a father like figure to some. He was and is still loved and talked about. His memory will be eternal as he has touched the lives of many of his former students more than he realized. Thank you, Frank we are all better people for knowing you. God bless!

  28. To the entire Decaria family, So sorry to hear of the passing of Keener. Always a total gentleman. Was a tremendous pleasure working with the gang at International Market back in the 70’s. Sorry I was under the weather. RIP Frankie. Karl Hatala

  32. Sorry to be late on this but just found it on the internet. My condolences to Frank’s entire family on his passing. And of course I’ll remember him in my prayers. Frank was in my class at Madonna High and we doubled for prom. The last time I heard from him was around 1984 by letter. My cousin married into the DeCaria family and my Mom and I knew the Shrockmans. So may God bless your entire family.
