My wife and I are truly sorry for your tremendous loss and would like to express our condolences to the entire family. We cannot imagine the great pain and sorrow you are experiencing during this very difficult time. It is our sincere hope you find comfort in knowing that God has promised to “swallow up death forever” (Isaiah 25:8), and that he will resurrect our dear loved ones who have passed away. John 5:28. http://www.jw.org

  16. Shanna so sorry to hear of your loss and our prayers go out to you and your family. I have a lot of fond memories of coaching Garn in WBA with his dad. We had a lot of fun and we had pretty good team. When I heard Garn was coaching his kids it took me back to those special times. I know they will also have these wonderful memories with their father. May God bless you and your family.

  17. Dear Shanna, Pattie, Roger, and Family,

  19. This is such a tragic loss. I am so sorry. During this difficult time, lean on family and friends for support. May God wrap His loving arms around you and comfort you. At Isaiah 41:10, God assures us that He is with us and He will help and fortify us. He also promises that one day He will do away with pain, sorrow and even the enemy death. 1 Corinthians 15:26; Revelation 21:3,4; John 5:25,26. As we keep praying for that day to come (Matthew 6:9,10), may God grant you peace that is beyond all understanding. Philippians 4:7. Heartfelt prayers are with you.

  22. I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Garnel, Allthough I never knew him personally, rather it was through the occaional email or phone call from our business dealings with Chase and ServiceLink, I knew that Garnel was a good man, we would often talk about our kids and coaching during our breif calls, and for a man to open up and speak about his love for his kids and his joy of helping them grow, only showed to his true character. Allthough your earthly pressence is gone, your children and wife should always know you will be there watching over them, gaurding and guiding them through life. You will be missed my friend. Bryan Hughes

Garn’s mother, Pauline and I lived on the same street and grew up together, and she is still my dear special friend, as is Jeff to both of us. She and Jeff loved her son so much, and she was a devoted mother, as he was a devoted son. You have so much love surrounding you there…know you’re not alone and will be in our thoughts with healing strength coming to you.
