Harry John Ciccarelli, III, 28, of Weirton was called to Heaven's Gates on Saturday May 10, 2014.
Born on August 6, 1985, in Steubenville, OH, Harry was the son of Harry J. Ciccarelli, II and Lynne A (Rogers) Ciccarelli of Weirton.
Harry was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Mr and Mrs Glen Hughes, his paternal grandfathers, Harry J. Ciccarelli and Michael B. Hartman.
Harry graduated from Weirton Madonna High School in 2003, where he played baseball and was an All State Football Player. After high school, Harry joined the United States Navy, where he served two duties in Afghanistan, the second tour with the Special Forces. He was Honorably Discharged after five years of service and returned home to work for Arcelor Mittal Steel, where he worked on the Continuous Annealing Lines.
Harry enjoyed sports, lifting weights and fishing, and was an avid Pittsburgh Penguin Fan. He will always be remembered for his kindness, willing to give you the shirt off his back.
He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and he attended Saint Paul's Roman Catholic Church in Weirton.
In addition to his parents, Harry and Lynne, Harry is survived by his two sisters, Sara (Dan) Pulice of Weirton and Lauren Ciccarelli of Arlington, VA; his nieces, Caroline Pulice and Syncere Stevenson; paternal grandmother, Ruth "Nina" Hartman, maternal grandparents, Ed and Nancy Gialluco; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday and 2-4 & 6-8 PM Friday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Saturday at Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church Weirton.
Rev. Fr. Larry Dorsch will preside.
Interment will follow at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Florence, PA

Our hearts and prayers go out to you Lynn and Chick….. I have no idea what to say for I know nothing can ease your pain,….. I know he left so many amazing memories to last till you meet again…….To all who loved this precious young man we send our love and prayers…..

Lynn, Chic and family, I really don’t know what to say, except that Harry will be sadly missed by all, he was always kind and would always go out of hs way to make sure if he saw anyone in the family to come over and say Hi. He was like another son of mine and I will miss talking with him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

harry so many memories together but this one is one ill never forget remember the time out at hughes lake grandma nancy took us out to go fishing and she dropped us off and it was just us there put us together we were gonna get into something and of course we did haha uncle marty old truck was there and of course we checked to see if the keys were in it and they were and we took that truck and were doing donuts and hill climbs all over the lake property haha the family was so mad we were like 14 years old harry ill never forget you I will think of you everyday from diapers till the day you left we were together like brothers I miss you harry and I love you so much till I see you again
