Our hearts go out to you at this time of great loss. We were so sad to hear of Jim’s passing. In his work as a landlord, I’m sure he has made a difference in so many lives by providing a, clean, well maintained, and affordable place to live. We’ve appreciated that he always responded to any needs that arose in a timely way even with so many many properties to maintain and genuinely cared about the needs of his tenants. We never have taken this kindness for granted. He will be missed! Our sympathy and prayers are with you. May his memory be eternal.
