  12. To “Lu’s” family and Jim Hilt It was with shock and dismay that I read “Lu” had died. My first contact with Lu was at Walmart, where I worked in the snack bar. It is where I came to know her, to respect her, to admire her, to love her. I saw the most understanding, compassion, humor, and pride in her family, and all the attributes that a person could possess. The sincere discussions and robust laughter she, Jim, and I had will be with me always. It is ironic that shortly before she passed I had thought about contacting her for lunch. How sorry I am that I didn’t. Believe me when I tell you she will be sadly missed, but remembered fondly. Sylvia

  13. I met Lucille when I was working in real estate. I helped sell her sister-in-laws house. We lost contac after that , but we soon found each other again when I was working at the Wal-Mart. She was a great lady. She was a very giving person with a great personality. She always had a way to make you smile and laugh. She loved and was very proud of all her family members. She had a zest for life that I envied. I no longer work at Wal-Mart but I know everyone who worked there and knew her, loved seeing her come into the store. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially by me and my daughter Shauna.
