Margaret A. Plesich

Margaret A. Plesich, 83, of Weirton, died July 21, 2002, at Brightwood Nursing Home in Follansbee, WV. She was born October 10, 1918 in Monessen, Pa., the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Verbovski Pishok. Her husband,Joseph Plesich Sr., her son, Thomas Plesich, three brothers and three sisters also preceded her. Margaret was a homemaker, and a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Weirton. Margaret is survived by three sons: Joseph Plesich Jr. (Laurel) of Steubenville, OH, Gregory T. Plesich of Silver Lake, OH and Dr. Stephen Plesich (Jeanette) of Howland, OH. She has sixteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A niece, Eleanor Babinchak (Mike) of Weirton, WV and a great niece Alice Babinchak also of Weirton, survive her. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 23, 2002, from 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St., Weirton, WV. Funeral Liturgy with mass will be Wednesday, 9:00AM at St. Paul’s Church. Entombment will be at St. Paul’s Cemetery, Weirton.
