Margaret Klukowski

Margaret Klukowski, 87, of Weirton, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012 in the Weirton Medical Center. Born December 23, 1924 in Johnstown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Mamie Thomas Drakos. She was also preceded in death by her husband Mitchell Edward Klukowski on October 5, 2011, whom she married November 8, 1947, and brothers James and Thomas Drakos.
Mrs. Klukowski was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church.
Margaret is survived by her daughter Michele Corbin and her husband Joseph; granddaughter Nicole Barnhart and her husband David; great-grandchildren Cole and Autumn Barnhart all of Weirton and sister Magdaline Lineberry of CA.
Visitation will be held Sunday 1-3 pm at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be celebrated 11am Monday. Father Manuel Gelido will officiate. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton.
To the Klukowski Family, I am so srry to read of Margie’s passing. We had many good times at the Weirton Elks. She was always a lady and with her husband Mitch, good friends. May GOD be with the family at this sad time.
