Guestbook

  1. Our beloved grandmother, affectionately known as “Ganny” will remain forever in the hearts of her nine grandchildren.Ganny had a way of making each and every one of us feel special, so much so that each child was under the impression that he/she was Ganny’s very “favorite”!(it was supposed to be a secret :)) We all hoped to be Ganny’s favorite because of her charisma, her kindness, her sense of humour and of course her personal style and beauty that was uniquely Ganny. She and our grandfather made quite a pair in their day and the impression that they made on all of us is still alive in the values and traditions that we learned from them and will pass on to our children–Ganny and Dat’s 13 great granchildren. I am very proud to be my great grandmother’s namesake and grateful for all that Ganny and Dat added to our lives with their extraordinary love and care. Thank you. Marian Black Carney Nabors

  2. Dear Alan, David and families, May God Bless you all as you go thru the process of saying good bye to your Dear one. To raise such fine Men as you two are she had to be a wonderful lady and example. I do hope that the wonderful memories she left for you will help you each day as you think so fondly of her and your Great Father. I appreciate so much how much they did for the community and Weirton Steel. May God Bless You All Love, Darlene McKinley
