  1. Rick was my neighbor from across the street. Rick & his wife, Elaine, have always been there for me. Many times , when I was snowed-in, he used his snow blower to clear my driveway. He was a quiet, gentle person who showed me many kindnesses over the years. May he rest in peace, Elaine. He was a good man.

  8. Candle Selection 3Rick was an honorable attorney and a great guy! I knew him from Montour High School and then better at Duquesne School of Law. We grew apart pursuing our goals in life but I never doubted for a second that if I needed him he would be there for me! I can only hope he had similar feelings about me! Rick, you will be remembered!! Condolences to your family and friends.
