Robert James (Bob) Zeigler, 66, of Ocala, Florida, formerly of Weirton, WV died Wednesday October 29, 2003, at his residence. He was born on November 16, 1936, in Weirton, WV the son of Emma Lucille Hanselman Zeigler of Weirton, and the late James Andrew Zeigler. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Thelma Collins Zeigler, on June 4, 1989. Bob retired as a supervisor of mill accounting from Weirton Steel Corp, after 35 years of service. He was a member of the Weirton Steel 25 year club, and he attended the First United Methodist Church in Weirton. During his retirement Bob enjoyed golfing and traveling. Surviving in addition to his mother, include his wife, Jacquelyn R. Fabian Zeigler of Ocala Fl; two sons, James Zeigler and his wife Carol of Weirton, WV, Robert “Tom” Zeigler, and his wife Shelley of Charleston, WV; a daughter, Mrs. Jerry (Vicky) Tulenko of Weirton, WV; a step son, David Miller and a step daughter Shelly Vilas both of Mays Landing, NJ; a sister, Mrs. Robert (Jane) LeMasters of Weirton, WV; four grandchildren; 1 great grandson; 3 step grandchildren. Visitation will be 1-3 & 7-9 PM Sunday, at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday. Rev. Timothy Allen will preside Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.   2. I’m sorry to hear about Bob.. I worked for him in the Strip Steel Acct office. He helped me a great deal when my wife Dee died in 1993. Without him I don’t know how I’d have been able to cope.. May you all be able to find peace with his death.. Yours Jim Lescallette

  4. Jane & family, we were quite shocked to hear about your brother, did not know that he was ill. He was a good person & we always enjoyed talking to him when he took his walks on Weircrest. Hope Bob did not have to suffer too long. You are in our thoughts & prayers. God Bless!
