  2. Ruth and Paul were our neighbors on Brooke Street and I even babysat for them on occasion. I watched their children grow up and Ruth shared books with my children, and in turn I returned them when her grandchildren started coming. Ruth never seemed to age, she always looked the same as when they built and moved in next door. We had so much fun exploring their house as it was being built. In later years, Ruth watched out for our parents Beanie and Leo and she planted flowers above her back wall so my Mother could enjoy seeing them. I have such fond memories of your Mother. She was truly a gentle, loving, caring person. I am sure she will be greatly missed. I just hope that she didn’t suffer much. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Hopefully the pain of her passing will lessen with time and your memories will just grow and grow.May God bless and help you these next few days, and months.

  3. Tonight Ruth I went to say good bye. How beautiful you looked… I know you and Paul and Eric were there watching with pride.. Eric know you were so proud as you watch the man your Son has become… Ruth and Paul you did such a wonderful job with your children I know these past few months have been hard on them and the next few will be hard…I know your never be far away… They will hold Dear to their heart all of the wonderful times they shared with you two and they will laugh and cry and be sad and happy in the months to come..I know your proud as you both should be… Now rest and enjoy your time again in Heaven…Your pain is gone now Ruth… God bless all three of you. hugs Cheryl

  5. I am truly sorry of your loss. Whenever I saw your mother when I visited my dad she always made me still feel part of the neighborhood. Every Christmas she still put the snowflakes in her windows that my mom made so long ago. They looked beautiful. The last time I talked to her was in May when she came over to my garage sale. It was wonderful to see her. She even stopped over to talk to Keith when he was home. I will truly miss a wonderful neighbor to my family. You all have my deepest sympathy. Janet (McHenry) Kinnan

  6. Ruth was A very sweet person to my family, and to myself. I was her neighbor. She always made cookies for us. She bought over A birthday cake for me for my birthday. She also helped us move in to our house. We will miss you Ruth.
