Susie Montanaro
March 9, 1913 ~ October 30, 2004
Susie Montanaro, 91, of Weirton, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at the Weirton Medical Center. Born March 9, 1913 in Alford, PA, she was the daughter of the late Vito and Margharita Fortunato DiDonato. Susie was also preceded in death by her husband Lorenzo Montanaro and brothers Dominic and Joseph DiDonato.
Susie was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Weirton.
Susie’s survivors include her daughters Mary Solomon and her husband Richard and Janet Jones and her husband Robert all of Weirton; three grandchildren Larry Jones, Richard Solomon and Tracy DiBacco and five great-grandchildren Shelby DiBacco, Courtney and Ricky Solomon, Tyler and Kelsie Jones.
There will be no visitation. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated 10AM Friday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church with Monsignor Patrick Fryer presiding. Interment will be in St. Paul Cemetery.
