Thelma Christina Felton, 81, of Weirton, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in the Trinity Medical Center East, Steubenville, Ohio. Born August 9, 1930 in New Martinsville, WV, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Baker Thomas. She was also preceded in death by her husband Forrest W. Felton, Sr. on November 8, 2009, brother William J. Thomas and sister Joan B. Lewis. Thelma was a homemaker, a member of the Weirton Covenant Church and Weirton Chapter 147 Order of the Eastern Star. Thelma is survived by her sons Charles F. "Frank" Felton and his wife Ann of North Carolina and Forrest W. "Bill" Felton, Jr. and his wife Beverly of Weirton; sister Peggy Stillwell of Colliers, WV; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Sunday from 1-3 and 6-8PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be celebrated 11AM Monday. Pastor Michael Smith will preside. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton.

  1. My prayers go out to the family. I have only known Aunt Thelma a short time. She was a very loving, caring and wonderful woman. She was loved by many. I am glad that I have had the opportunity to meet her. May God bless and she watch over all of us.
