Theresa A. Pete

Theresa A. Pete, 80, of Weirton passed away Sunday, December 8, 2013 in her residence. Born on May 26, 1933 in Steubenville, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Tindora and Adeline Monzella. Theresa was also preceded in death by her husband Domenic J. Pete, son Michael Edward Pete, two brothers Frank and Albert Monzella and sister a Catherine Monzella. She was a homemaker, member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, loved cooking, baking and was known for her homemade ravioli's. She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Ann Pete of Weirton and Adele Marie Caniff of Steubenville, OH and a granddaughter Shelly Colpo (Ronald) of Weirton. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-6PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 12PM at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 140 Walnut St. Weirton with Reverend Fr. Larry W. Dorsch as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Paul Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Church, 140 Walnut St. Weirton, WV 26062.
