Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Chris, my heart hurts for you so much right now. May you find comfort in knowing he no longer suffers and is at peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. Love to you all.

    Aunt Susan and family.

  2. A beautiful picture, just the way I remember him. I used to baby sit him when he had his broken leg. and we read comic books together. I loved visiting Weirton every summer because I loved seeing and spending time with my favorite cousins Bob, Jack and Tom, Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents. May you rest in peace cousin Tommy. Joan Dondrea Lowry

  3. Your dad was so quiet and humble. He began referring to me as “Just Cathy” because when I would call, he’d ask if I’d like to leave a message, and I’d say, “No, it’s just Cathy.” Then he’d tell you, “Just Cathy called.” He was no-nonsense, and we laughed at how he would caution us against “throwing your money in the street.” That became the standard by which we made all our purchases. On your wedding day, I asked him how he was holding up, and he said, “I’m not ready to let her go.” The wonderful news is, he never, ever did. I know he is smiling down on you all now and at peace. God bless you and may you be comforted by the happiest memories. I offer much love and heartfelt prayers for your peace of mind and soul.

  4. Thank you for sharing, Joan! I have forgotten so many memories that I have heard about over the years. Each one comforts me today as I read or hear them.

  5. Thank you, Just Cathy. He never understood why we wanted to go to the food festival. Yet he always gave me money, loaned me whatever vehicle he was driving at the time and waved good bye.

  6. I would like to extend my deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers to your family on the loss of your loved one.
    Sincerely,
    Stan Tuchalski
