Tina Lee Walker, 42 of Weirton, died Monday September 30, 2002, at the Weirton Medical Center. She was born on July 18, 1960, in Weirton, WV, the daughter of Edna (Tennant) Pearce of Weirton, WV and the late Robert Pearce. Tina was a hostess at the Eat’ N Park Restaurant in Weirton. She also worked for the Weight Watchers in Steubenville and Weirton. She attended the First Baptist Church in Weirton. Tina is survived by Robert E. Walker of Weirton; her daughter, Kristin Walker at home; her brothers, Jeff Pearce and his wife Sandra of Weirton, Larry Pearce and his wife Lisa of Bloomingdale, OH; her sisters, Becky Szczerbinski, and her husband John of Weirton, and Roberta Ziemer and her husband Bob of Steubenville, OH. Visitation will be 2-4 & 7-9 PM Wednesday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday. Pastor David Fink will preside. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton. Memorial contributions may be made to her family. When I worked in the Water Dept with Kathleen and her dad Bob, a day did not go by without Kathleen mentioning Tina’s name about something to all of us. She was the apple of Kathleens eye.
