William C. "B" Morris, 57, of Weirton, WV, died Tuesday September 15, 2009 at the Kindred Hospital in Oakdale, PA. Bill was born on November 30, 1951, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Nick and Helen "Sis" (Higgins) Morris. Bill retired from Weirton Steel after 36 years of service where he worked in the Ban Wareroom in the Strip Steel. He was a member of the Weirton Heights Memorial Baptist Church, American Legion Post 10 and the Moose Lodge 688. Bill is survived by his wife, Rose Mary (Dellatorre) Morris, whom he married on July 24, 1980; his two sons, Michael Morris and his girlfriend Brandi Worden of Huntington Beach, CA, and Nick Morris of Weirton, WV; his daughter, Leanne Morris, and her fiancé Lee Cottrill of Weirton, WV; his brother, Jay Morris and his wife Tina of Wheeling, WV; his sister, Patti Bohn and her husband David of Weirton, WV; his granddaughter, Kalee Cottrill. Visitation will be 4-8PM Thursday at the Greco- Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV. Additional visitation will be held 10AM until time of funeral services at 11AM Friday at the Weirton Heights Memorial Baptist Church, Weirton, WV. The Reverend William C. Stout will preside. Interment will follow at the Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Florence, PA Memorial contributions may be made to the Weirton Heights Memorial Baptist Church, 121 Ivy Street Weirton, WV 26062.
