William Sanford Fetty, Jr., 38, of Weirton, WV, passed away unexpectedly on January 21, 2026.

Billy was born on May 18, 1987, in New Martinsville, WV, to William Sanford Fetty, Sr. and Patricia Belle Mason Fetty Rodgers. At the age of15, he moved to Weirton with his mother, where he spent most of his life.

Billy was a man who truly never met a stranger. He had a generous heart and would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation. He enjoyed the outdoors and especially loved hunting, fishing, and riding ATVs. These simple pleasures brought him happiness and were often shared with family and friends.

Throughout his adult life, Billy worked as a laborer. Most recently, he had just begun a new position with MPW Industrial, a fresh start made possible with the help and support of his stepfather, Jeff.

Billy will be deeply missed by his loving mother, Patricia Belle “Trisha” Rodgers, and her husband, Jeffrey Allan Rodgers; his father, William Sanford Fetty, Sr.; his brother, Greg Baker, Jr. (Felicia), and their children, Isabella, Izeah, and Gabriel Baker; his sister, Sabrina Baker; and his aunt, Donna Sipe, who loved him like a son. He also leaves behind; his Uncle John & Connie Myers, Jimbob & Sherry Myers and Bill Myers. Aunts Linda Mason, Debbie Jo Mason & Joni Mason.Cousins he grew up with, Lucy Myers Thompson & Leo,l and their 3 children, Inareah, Nasyrah & Khaliem. Johnathan and Jamie Myers, Billie Jo Myers, Johnathan Dotson, Johnny & Tonya Myers, Valerie Myers Goodrich, Lucinda Butler & Joni Butler, Andrew Mathew Bland, Tom Wade & Talisa Wade Agba, all who will remember his kindness, generosity, and easygoing nature.

2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday at the Williams Funeral Home 12750 Shortline Highway Pine Grove, WV , where services will be conducted at 11 AM on Tuesday.

Billy’s family ask that donations be made to the Williams Funeral Home in Pine Grove.

He will be laid to rest in Baker’s Cemetery
